Hello! Lately I have experienced some issues with my new Acer Aspire 3 15 laptop. The problem is that sometimes randomly a thick black line covers a quarter of the screen. The thing is that I almost barely used this laptop, as I got it less than 2 weeks ago. This black line is temporary, because after I restart my laptop, it lits on, but it is flickering, but after I restart my laptop yet again, it completely repairs itself. Any ideas why this is happening?

To find out if this is a hardware or GPU driver issue, connect your laptop to an external monitor and see if the problem replicates, if the external monitor is OK you have to bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country to check the panel cable connector. If the external monitor also has the problem, boot to safe mode/safe boot with Base Video and if that display is OK you have to uninstall the GPU driver in Safe Mode with DDU freeware from Wagnardsoft.com, there are many posts on this forum with this topic and how to use DDU.
