Code Error 19 Mat**bleep**a DVD RAM UJ8A2AS

I'm having problems running, playing and burning cd/dvd on my ACER ASpire 4830T laptop.  When I looked into my device manager, I have a yellow exclamation point on the driver - Ma**bleep**a DVD ram UJ8A2AS. There is also a code 19 error under driver detailed.  I have unistalled the current driver and rebooted my laptop 2-3 times.  I was unsuccessful.  I could not find the driver download on Acer's website.  I read an article on Microsoft's website about the the Fix It tool.  But I am sceptible of it's utility.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Where can I find a reputable site to download the driver?  I think this will resolve the issue.
