Acer Aspire RT-371T-57P3 Why won't my acer laptop not detect my WiFi network?

Hello,

I have an Acer Aspire RT-371T-57P3. I've been having issues with detecting specific WiFi networks.

The wireless adaptor will detect the majority of WiFi networks but then with certain networks, the adaptor won't detect it. For example, when I hotspot from my Google Pixel 7 Pro, the laptop won't detect it but other devices will find the network.

I have reinstalled the adaptor drivers, I have restarted the adaptors, restarted the PC. Also the other networks have both 2.4 GHz and 5GHz bands. Anyone have any ideas of why the laptop won't detect certain networks?

Which Wireless/Bluetooth card ios fitted to your laptop, give us brand and model number, as this laptop was fitted with 3x different cards. The most common reasons for a card not detecting networks is because and if the card is faulty or even its antenna wires (black/white that are attached to the card) have come lose and dislodged from the card, so check all that out and remove the card and clean its pins and the mobo pins to where the card fits into, the other main reason is its drivers, so first uninstall all previous drivers for the Wireless & Bluetooth and then install the latest drivers for the car. Try all that out first and see if that improves the Wireles/Bluetooth cards performance.
