I have the Swift X with the RTX 3050 Ti. I connected it to a 2k 144hz gaming monitor. However it says its using the amd integrated graphics and only supporting the monitor at 2k 60hz. I know it has the switchable graphics going but shouldn't it still allow Windows to recognize the higher refresh rates? Is there something that I need to do?

Which specific model do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SFXxx-xxx-xxxx. There have been a bunch of different Swift X models, with both AMD and Intel chipsets. The SFX14-42G, as an example from last year, has this block diagram:

Which shows the AMD APU handling the actual output to the monitor, with the Nvidia GPU being used for display calculations. That would tend to point to the refresh and resolution being gated by the APU, not the GPU.
