Acer nitro 5 - AN515 error when resetting laptop

1 year ago I bought an Acer nitro 5 - AN515, this morning I reset my nitro and got the error "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error". I consulted some online advice, was instructed to press shift + F10 or shift + Fn + F10 to open CMD but it didn't work, now I'm so confused, please someone help me!

    Hi @Jackma can you please indicate the version of Windows installed?
    Can you comment if you received any error code with the error message?
    Do you always get the same error when turning off and on?

    My computer uses Windows 11 version. When the laptop gives an error, I don't get any error code but only get a text like I mentioned. When I turn the laptop off and back on a few times, it just shows the same error message.

    Create a Windows 11 USB with the tool that appears on the same Windows 11 download page:

    Once created, connect it with the computer turned off, turn it on and repeatedly press F12 to get the boot screen, once you get it, select the USB and start an installation.

    Right on the first reboot you will see the following screen, select the "repair" option:
