What exact model Aspire 7 do you have and as the "No bootable device" error is 10% because of corrupted OS files and 90% is due to the boot drive, check your hard drive for errors as it must be faulty and that is why the system can't boot from the hard drive. Also, have a look at this guide "How to Fix No Bootable Device Error" as this is a step-by-step guide of how to fix this problem if its not the hard drive.

Defiantly do this step of "Fix boot information of your system" and get the windows installation USB and boot into "Repair your computer > Troubleshoot > Command prompt and then type the following lines one by one and press Enter on your keyboard after each. (If you are asked whether you want to add a new installation to boot list, press and then press Enter.)

    • bootrec /fixmbr
    • bootrec /fixboot
    • bootrec /scanos
    • bootrec /rebuildbcd

Exit Command Prompt and restart your computer. If this method works for you, you will be able to get through the error now.
