My Acer is not powering on to see my desktop, I can use it as a 2nd monitor only, but I'm unable to see my Acer desktop. Please help!! Thank you.

    IT says NO PC SIGNAL.

    So the issue is likely either not in the display panel itself but either the Windows load or the motherboard. It looks like the HDMI-In port goes through a circuit on the motherboard to feed the display, so the motherboard is coming up enough to energize that circuit. Do you get the Acer splash screen when first powering on or just the blank black display?

    And no beeps at all during the process? That sounds like POST isn't getting started, which could be a very corrupted BIOS or a bad motherboard…
