AN517-54 Getting 60FPS only one time??

Hello everyone, my AN517-54 with 12GB RAM with Intel I5-11400H is really strong in most games when I play and I'm really glad to own an Acer product. So I planned to buy the game American Truck Simulator and before buying it I wanted to see if my Acer Nitro 5 would be enough strong to handle the game by watching a YouTube video. As a result, it does! So I purchased the game and had my first run. I was kinda sad to see that it was lagging with low graphics. And for some reason, yesterday I played the game again and got 60FPS with max graphics! And then when I closed the game and open it back, it was back with some devastating effects. So I wonder if there is a thing that made it stronger yesterday and at least to find a way so I can enjoy my game with ultra graphics and 60 fps with no problem! Thanks y'all and have a good one.

P.S. My PC was not charging at this time.

And just to clarify, I checked if everything was OK. The temperature was stable, all my drives were up to date, everything was updated and nothing was taking a lot of CPU and GPU
