Hi guys i would really appreciate if someone helps me on this.
So i have the model mentioned above with i5-11400F 2.60ghz, 16gb of ram and a geforce rtx 3060ti, i recently thought of upgrading my ram and i buyed this crucial 2x8 gb ram modelled CT8G4DFD824A i thought this would fit my ram slot but sadly it was a hustle to fit this on my ram slots and somehow when i did fit it in my motherboard started beeping and it was giving black screen, so i think this ram is not compatible with my pc does anyone know which ram should i buy for certain. thanks a lot for reading this thread.

Just in addition and to what chugzilla so correctly is suggesting 👍as with Crucial RAM you can do a Crucial System Scan as the Crucial 16GB Kit CT2K8G4DFRA32A that you have is the correct kit and there is no reason why these modules should not fit into your desktop's slots.

Also, on the Crucial site they have a scan software for your PO3-630 desktop (this is a scan of the Acer Predator Orion 3000 PO3-630-UR13 RAM & SSD Upgrades") as this outlines and list all the compatible RAM and HDDs and M.2 SSDs that are compatible with your desktop.

This is the official Acer Service Guide listed memory specs and types of RAM for the Predator PO3-630 desktop:

Before returning the memories, try updating the bios to the latest version. Then install the new memories again.

Thank you guys, for some reason i just cant seem to make them work. I tried everything, i have to remove my graphics card every time when i want to relocate them so it's a real struggle because they just dont go in when i only open one side of the ram pin i have to open them both and even so it does not work so i will try to buy something different. And also here it says that i need to buy a 32a but what i buyed was 824a are these two really that different from each other?

yeah, that's a shame you have to remove your GPU each time ugh, I'm glad i don't have that issue on my 5000, and i also was able to mix n match memory until i bought 4x16 matched sticks from crucial, have you ran the crucial scanner as Steve suggested? that's what i did and i bought what they said i needed for my 5000 and it runs flawless.
