My Acer aspire sw5-012 laptop did not detect USB and CD ROM load windows on the laptop

    Unplug all USB devices and boot to BIOS with F2, press F9 (reset BIOS) and save settings on exit. connect your USB CD ROM and boot to BIOS with F2, check if CD ROM is detected now.

    Are you plugging into the USB port on the keyboard, or the microUSB port on the tablet? Does a mouse or keyboard work in that port?

    Both the USB

    I have try it even I use UEFI USB flash and CD ROM to the both USB. is not showing in boot menu

    OK, so it's not likely the port then. What are you trying to boot? It should have a 32bit EFI file to load…
