According to UserBenchmark you can ($155):

Double check if the 300 watts of your power supply can handle the extra dGPU card.

There's a vidoe on YouTube where someone claims to add Nvidia GTX 1660 Super to Acer Aspire TC-895's with Original 300W Power Supply. Problem is, I don't get the same values when I plug the same data into the Newegg PSU calculator.

The Aspire TC-895 desktop does come with 500W PSU also and you can get this Acer proprietary PSU online, see the Acer part numbers below, these 500W PSUs are way more than the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 DDR5 4GB OC Edition Gaming GPU needs, as that GPU needs 250W and can even run on the TC-895 desktops oem 300W PSU you can fit even the GTX 1660 Super

Yes, that calculator tends to err on the conservative side. Acer's designers are pretty good about coming up with the actual use cases and allow for user expansion options. The 1650 should be fine with the 300W supply, the 500W supply is designed for some of the more powerful cards they offered.

Thanks to both billsey and StevenGen. It's good to know PSU replacements/upgrades are available. I might try the 1650 GPU with my current (sorry, another pun) 300W PSU. As for more powerful GPUs, I can't afford those and I'm not a heavy gamer.

Yeah, I ended up choosing my current GPU based on the number of screens I have, not on the performance I need.
