Your Nitro 5 AN515-57 can have a max total of 64GB in to its 2x ram slots at 2x 32GB DDR4-3200Mhz CL22 and the same with a total of 32GB 2x 16GB DDR4-3200Mhz CL22 and 16GB. The M.2 SSD interface of your laptop depends on the GPU that you have if your AN515-57 has the GTX 16 series and up to RTX3050 gpu's then its M.2 SSD slot 1 is a PCIe 4x 4 and its M.2 SSD 2 slot is a PCIe 3 x4, if your AN515-57 has the higher spec gpu's like the RTX3060 or the RTX3070 then both M.2 SSD slots are of interface PCIe 4 x4.

The Amazon ram that you have the above links to you should only purchase the 16GB DDR4-3200MHz CL22 and the Acer FA100 M,2 SSD is a PCIe3 x4 type drive and is not suitable (well it is but its slow) compared to fitting an M.2 SSD PCIe 4x4 in your AN515-57 M.2 SSD slot 1 boot drive, as fitting a PCIe 4 x4 drive is 100% plus faster than a PCIe 3 x4 drive.

The Acer PCie SSD is Gen 3. and compatible with your laptop. That RAM module is fine too if you want to add that for the 2nd slot but that set (8GB+16GB) won't run in Dual Channel mode (max. CPU clock speed), if you duplicate the 8GB DDR4 in Slot 1 (everything, brand serial no. CL and rank) you will have 16GB running in Dual Channel mode. Alternatively replace the 8GB and get a 2x16GB kit from Crucial: 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3200 SODIMM, recommended for your laptop: https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k16g4sfra32a/ct23773233
