Aspire A715-43G - FPS drop problem Why are there FPS drops?

Hello. I bought a laptop in Ukraine in 2023. Now I am in the USA.
Installed the latest (fresh) drivers from the official website https://www.acer.com/. (chipset driver version 4.03.02.2056)
On Nvidia website downloaded GeForce Experience and then installed new drivers on my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU.
I play WARZONE 2 or DIABLO 4 (I also tried it on World of tanks) and every 5 minutes there is a drawdown of up to 5-10 frames per second (lasting 7 seconds) And this is repeated every 5-10 minutes in a circle.

Added another bar of RAM (now 16 GB)
Tried to reduce the graphics settings to a minimum - the situation has not changed
Reinstalled Windows and drivers - the situation has not changed

What to do? to whom to write?
Why are there FPS drops?

Hello! Check these tips:
a) set the power plan to high performance.
b) configure in the control panel, so that the video card works with maximum performance.
c) disable batteryboost in geforce experience.
d) charge the battery up to 100%.
e) uninstall the antivirus.
f) check cpu and gpu temperature as well.

cpu and gpu temperature - is good.

think the problem is in the drivers.
But where to get others?

e) uninstall the antivirus. - No antivirus, windows defender is OFF
f) check cpu and gpu temperature as well. - I added a video where you can see that the temperature and memory.

When nothing is running on the laptop (only browser) then i see (use AIDA 64) - GPU CLOCK Drops to 420 MHz and up to 1500 MHz

Hi,

I think your CPU (92 ºC) is very close to Max. Operating Temperature (Tjmax) 95 °C for AMD Barcelo.

Try moving your laptop away from the desk surface by a few centimeters or install a cooling pad.

actually the cpu temps going 90+ isn't that great

i had this same problem with my nitro 5 that while playing valorant i would get 100+ fps on good graphics settings but suddenly after 10-15 mins of playing it would start to drop frames.

i think the best solution is to take your laptop to a local repair and service shop as it happens when your air vents are full of dust and thermal paste needs replacement.

take your laptop to a local repair shop and get it serviced (cleaning, applying thermal paste), it should fix the problem as it happened in my case.

in my country they charge around 5-10$ for doing this.

friends, laptop 2 weeks since it was bought. I don't think they didn't put thermal paste in the factory. maximum temperature of the processor 95 degrees. I have 92. I think there is something else. regarding the optimization of windows - did it but the problem did not go away.
