32-bit to 64-bit have a formatted and loaded USB drive, it just won't boot from that drive aspire x

I have an aspire x1200 running win10 home. I want to make it into a 64-bit.

I've been with M/S several times and have a formatted and loaded USB drive. But it just won't boot from that drive…

any suggestions?

Does you BIOS have an BOOT MENU setting if so enable it, then save the changes, reboot using the F12 key to select the USB.
