Acer nitro 5 AN515-57 sudden performance issues

I have updated all of my drivers, I also tweaked some settings, but for the last couple of weeks I have noticed some performance issues like my laptop freezing or being unresponsive while gaming. The laptop it's not overheating and I have cleaned it not too long ago, right now I'm running a fresh version of windows 11 that is up to date, on the laptop I have installed only a couple of games, my drivers and discord. I also tried to disable and enable the graphics card and that worked for like a couple of hours and then it went back to normal. If someone has any ideas about what I can do that would help me a lot, thanks.
