Warranty Registration Problem "The field(s) doesn't match to its requirement"

When I want to register my laptop, it says these lines..

"The field(s) doesn't match to its requirement or the uploading image has exceed to the limit. Please check correctly your entered data."

    I'm also having the same problem. I believe I have filled all the fields properly and the image I uploaded has not gone beyond the limit—they're even below 5 MB. Is there a solution already for this problem?
