Hello,
On Thursday, September 22, 2022, I purchased an Acer Vero Combo Set Wireless RF Keyboard in Gray from a company in the Netherlands (My Media Center), and I have been extremely satisfied with it to this day. However, since last Friday, my wireless mouse from this set has stopped working. As the product is still within the promised 2-year warranty period provided by My Media Center, I would like to send it back to Acer for inspection, with the hope that you can repair or replace the mouse, if necessary. Unfortunately the Acer website doesn't recognize the SNID number (which is GPMCE11022XXXX) So I hope that someone can help me out over here.
Before composing this message, I took several troubleshooting steps to identify the cause of the issue. I replaced the battery and tried using a different USB port to determine if the problem lies with the USB dongle (although it seems unlikely since the keyboard, which also relies on this dongle, is still functioning properly). Additionally, I tested the mouse on another computer without success. The mouse does turn on, as indicated by the illuminated lights, but it appears to no longer establish a connection with the USB dongle.
I would greatly appreciate it if someonecould provide me with instructions on how to return the mouse to Acer for the necessary repair or replacement.
I look forward to your prompt and helpful response.
Best regards,
Roen0
