Acer A515-45-R74Z Problem with Audio when i connect the microphone

I have a problem with my Acer A515-45-R74Z laptop. In particular, when using Discord to talk while playing a game, I can't hear the sound of the game. This problem is repeated with all games. However, when I disconnect the microphone, the game sound becomes audible.

It is important to note that the problem is not limited to Discord, as it also occurs when I close Discord and try to communicate directly through the game, I still do not hear any sound.

This inconvenience persists regardless of the game I am using.

Plugging-in any 3.5mm RCA audio jack will trigger a windows prompt "what are you inserting". Also this will disable the onboard Realtek speakers (audio only possible with external speakers or headset). So you cannot use a microphone with an RCA plug but need to get a RCA-USB adapter and get the microphone to work in windows that way.
