My laptop (Nitro AN515-58) can't wake up sometimes. (SOLVED)

Hello,

I am writing this issue to help people if they have the same problem.

When I close my screen, laptop is changing to sleep mode normally. But however, sometimes, when I try to do that, I hear that the fans are working and when I open my laptop screen, I see that the lights on the keyboard is working but unfortunately the screen is black and my laptop has no answer to my commands. I worte this to ACER help, and they told me to send the laptop to technical service. Before I consider this option, I tried to sleep my laptop from different commands ( FN+F4 and directly from windows menu). Windows menu was working fine but I saw that FN+F4 was making the same problem. I closed this function from power settings and I am trying for couple of days. I never had the same issue again. I would like to inform people. I hope that helps to someone…

I see that the lights on the keyboard is working but unfortunately the screen is black and my laptop

If this happens again, press & hold FN key, then press F6 at the same time to turn screen on.
