Hello, Evaluate the significance: Determine the impact of the smaller opening on the functionality and performance of the computer. If it is a minor aesthetic issue and does not affect the computer's performance or usability, it may not be a critical concern. Review product specifications: Check the product specifications and descriptions provided by Amazon to ensure that the smaller opening aligns with the advertised features and design of the computer. Compare it with the original product listing and any relevant product images. Contact Amazon customer support: If you believe that the smaller opening is a defect or a significant deviation from the advertised product, contact Amazon customer support. Explain the situation and provide evidence, such as photos, to support your claim. They will guide you through the return and replacement process or offer a suitable solution based on their policies. Consider refund or exchange: If the smaller opening is a significant issue that affects the functionality or appearance of the computer, you may request a refund or an exchange for a different product. Amazon's customer support can assist you with the appropriate options available to resolve the issue. Remember to document and communicate any concerns with Amazon as soon as possible to ensure a prompt resolution.
