Acer Aspire TC-780 Windows 10 Home Version 22H1 Build 19045.3086

PC crashed after a disk cleanup that I had done many times before. Microsoft tried to help by resetting through a update. PC boot slowed way down after Microsoft efforts. After that I get message in Windows 10 settings to activate Windows. Microsoft and Acer documentation says this ain't supposed to happen with digital activation. Microsoft can't figure it out but says they will get back to me if\when they do(3 days ago). Anybody know anything about this problem? I can use the PC for most normal things but Windows Update, security definitions updates, sign in to Microsoft account through settings, Volume Shadow Copy will not run, SLUI 4 don't seem to work and a few other things.

Search 'cmd' in Windows start menu. Right click command prompt. Click open as administrator. Enter 'wmic os get serialnumber'. The result is the activation key.
