Predator Helios Neo 16 WiFi driver not working properly

I bought a Predator Helios Neo 16 RTX 4050 model a couple of weeks ago and it had been working well till the past 2 weeks. The quick access panel stopped showing wifi option so I tried uninstalling the wifi driver which showed a yellow bang with exclamation mark in the device manager and restarting while plugged into ethernet. It would install and then crash a few moments later. It has a Killer Wifi 6 AX1650i 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter 201NGW. Im considering upgrading to Wifi 6E card and installing drivers for those from intel. Would the laptop support it? If not , is there any way to properly fix wifi issues? i desperately need it before college starts

When you say Predator Neo 16, you mean the Predator PHN16-71 model. The reason I ask is because this card has given me allot of problems with all Bluetooth new Intel drivers for Win-11 on my Nitro 5 AN515-56 laptop.

The Bluetooth drivers for the AX1650i that Intel uploads NONE of them work on my Nitro AN515-56 laptop with the AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card, as the only Bluetooth driver I can use is the oem Acer provided BT driver Version 22.40.0.2 but the Wi-Fi driver for the AX1650i card the latest driver Version 22.220.0.4 for Intel® Killer™ 1550, AX1650, AX1675 works 100% on my AN515-56 laptop. btw I've just downloaded and updated the above Wi-Fi driver and it works 100%, so try this latest version driver and see if it works, as it should and only use the Acer oem Bluetooth Driver Version: 22.170.0.2 for your Predator Neo 16 also.

I have same problem with my Acer predator Neo 16. I have tried every possible solution but non of them work. I installed windows 11 fresh again using pendrive still it shows the same error. I don't know if it's a bug in windows 11 or driver have some issues with window 11 it's not working. If it's work it won't last more than 2 min it get back to t

Its not the Win-11 OS, you shouldn't have reinstalled the OS, as its the actual Acer compatibility with the Killer AX1650i card and the Intel drivers, as on my Nitro 5 AN515-56 its the Bluetooth that is the problem with the BT not installing, and now with the new Neo 16 its the Wi-Fi drivers that are not installing, so there is something that Acer does that makes this card incompatible and very problematic with either Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Btw I tried to upgrade this card on my Nitro to the AX211 Wi-Fi ^E/BT 5.3 and it didn't work, as none of the drivers worked or installed and also these cards antenna wires Black/White which the Black MAIN Wi-Fi wire and the AUX White Bluetooth clips are very hard to reconnect and get damaged very easily and if they do, then its impossible to reconnect them , so be warned and don't try to upgrade this AX1650i to another card.
