Will a monitor circumvent Nvidia Optimus on the Acer nitro 5 (AN517-55-57W)?

I want to get a performance boost on my recently purchased acer nitro 5, I already upgraded ram and increased storage, so the main bottleneck would be nvidia Optimus (which I don’t need as it’s plugged in the majority of the time). I was unaware that certain versions of the 2022 model didn’t have the MUX switch until much later, so my only option for this laptop is to get a monitor for it. But I need to know if both the hdmi and usb-c slots on the back circumvent nvidia Optimus (connecting directly to the better graphics card), or if only one/neither slot does, that way I know wether I need a converter or not. The exact laptop is “Acer - Nitro 5 17.3" FHD 144Hz IPS 144Hz Gaming Laptop- Intel Core i5-12500H- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050-256GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD“ if that’s needed.
