Why stop making replacement parts after 3/4 years? Lost faith in Acer.

I've had a very bad experience with customer service.

I purchased a ConceptD CN715-71 from Acer in August 2019 for £2,392.14 (could have gone Apple) for professional video editing.

It developed an overheating issue so I sent it off for repair earlier this year (just out of warranty). It took four months for them to tell me that they stopped making the part they needed for repair (why stop making parts so soon for EXPENSIVE laptops?!)

To top it off, it has been returned to the WRONG address - waiting to hear back from them today but doubt I'll get a call back as promised.

So warning to any future customers purchasing for professional use.
