Not charging no power indication, no charging indication, nothing, Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55

A few months ago my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55 model was suddenly went off while gaming and it was not charging. so I tried another charger and it was charging again. Then I bought a new charger with 19v and 7.1A (Original charger 19.5v and 6.92A). It worked well for a week or so then the same problem occurred again. Then I contacted laptop repair center and they repaired it and I received the laptop today. I turned on the laptop with the new charger plugged in and I was able to go to the desktop, within a minute laptop went off completely black and I pressed the power button again, then it booted up again and went to the desktop again. It had 0% battery so I shutdown the laptop and after few minutes my laptop is dead. No charging, no power indication, no charging indication, nothing.

I'm guessing it's completely dead this time and I am really disappointed purchasing this product.

I will be very grateful if someone look into this matter.

Acer always recommended to use the charger which comes along with the unit.

Dwat repiar was done on the laptop when you send it to the Acer service?

Hi @Yeshan_Perera It is difficult for the community to know what happened in these cases, my recommendation is that you go back to the technical service where they carried out the repair and tell them about the problem.

It would have been better to bring/send your laptop to Acer Services in your country because now the warranty is voided by the repair shop. Three things here: Power adapter and plug type/size, how well does the plug pin fit in the DC Jack of the laptop, snug with a positive click when the pin is fully inserted, or kind of loose without a click? If you wiggle the DC plug in the port does the LED charge or power light react to this, indicating a bad contact?
This is the correct output for the power adapter: DC output:19V 7.1A 135W, Connector Size: 5.5 mm x 1.7mm, yellow or purple pin.

I believe that is the new adapter you just bought, so if the DC jack is OK and no issues with the size of the pin (it clicks) we can assume your adapter is OK.

Your laptop is bricked now so you have to try to get it to boot again, not having the blue power LED is not a good sign, . a completely dead battery can block the power circuit and cause that. So you need to open the laptop and disconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Then keep the power button pressed for a few minutes, open the CMOS capsule and take out the CMOS coin battery (small round capsule at the right of the main battery). With a bended paperclip shorten the +/- contacts in side the CMOS capsule socket (just a few seconds), put the coin battery back in its original position and close the CMOS capsule. Next unseat the 2 DDR4 modules and firmly reseat them again. Don't connect the battery yet but close the laptop (without screws) and plug-in the power adapter, try to boot, if you can boot (never mind the LEDs) the battery is suspect.

Out of date Bios version is the next variable, when did you last check Acer Support for a new BIOS version? Lately battery charging modifications were implemented for some BIOS versions, check that, and update.

Open the laptop connect the battery, close and try to boot with the power adapter plugged in, if you cannot boot your battery is dead and needs a replacement. Careful with ordering any model, I will help you find one or maybe someone else on this forum can provide the Acer recommended batteries.
