    Ok that is better😁

Your Veriton  S4660G comes with the i7-8700 that is a pretty good cpu, there is a one up cpu the i7-8700K that will give you more performance but it runs hotter as its got a higher TDP of 95W to the cpu that you have now the i7-8700 of TDP 65W, the S4660G comes oem with the .RADEON R7 RX 430 but you can fit the RX550 that will give you 150% better performance. You can't fit a 500W psu as these psu that are fitted to the Veriton are a single rail psu. like below.

To upgrades with the components that you have inside your Veriton S4660G, I wouldn't keep the mobo as I would change that to a Z390 chipset board from either ASUS or Gigabyte, so that you are not restricted to the single rail 250W psu that Acer uses and then you can swap the i7-8700 cpu (btw you can run Win-11 on a new board also) and with a new board you can even run the Intel Core i9 9900 3.1G 16M 2666 Octa Core 65W cpu and increase ram to whatever the new board can accommodate. That is how I would upgrade this Veriton S4660G.

    Mainboard is a mATX

There is no such model as the Veriton S4460G, check your PC again and give us the correct model number.
