Recently, Back In Thursday, June 1st, 2023 I Was Playing Some Games. However When I Was On Low Battery, I Tried plugging In The Charger And Did Not Work. Also It Was Stuck And Can’t Go Through. There Is No Blue Light. Either. I Tried Returning It To Walmart And Tried Finding The Correct One And None Of Them Are Found In Store And Only In Website. However, I Just Wanted To Play More Games On My PC, Unfortunately, The Battery Is Now 0% At This Time. I Also Heard A Electric Shock Sounds Coming From The PC. Please Find Me Help. Thanks. Model Is Aspire 5 A514-54.

No charge LED indicates no battery connected or a broken power adapter. Open the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard and examine carefully the inside DC Jack connector and all diodes if anything looks burned. If no burned parts and no burned odor, press the power button for 1-2 minutes continuously (don't toggle the button), leave the battery disconnected. close the laptop and plug-in the power adapter, try to boot. If this works, reconnect the battery and plug-in the adapter, see if the amber light comes on, if no light and no boot you need to replace the battery. If nothing works try to find an adapter with the same voltage 19V, 2.37A, 45W and a plug with pin diameter 3.0mm x 1.1mm. Alternatively test the DC output voltage at the pin of the plug with a multimeter/DC voltmeter if it reads19 VDC or bring/send the laptop to Acer Services in your country for repairs, include the power adapter.

I will Try, But If It Works, I Will Keep It. If It Doesn’t And Still No Lights, I Will Never Buy A Acer Aspire Laptop And Buy A Lenovo Ideapad Instead.

And Also Deactivate My Acer Account As Well.

HP, Lenovo and Dell have their fair share of laptop power problems too, IMO worse than Acer. Visit (as a guest) forums of Laptop brands before buying and go for the brand with the best support in your country, no good to buy a fantastic laptop when there is no one interested to help you: Every device fails sooner or later with the ever-evolving OS and technology and hardware does not take much to break either.😉
