I bought a acer CB315-3H chromebook will not turn on or charge after battery died.

I purchased an acer cb315-3h on Dec. 4th. 2022. The battery died and now it won't turn on or will the light turn on to show its charging. I've tried a different cord, did it hard reset multiple times, all with no luck, is there anything I can possibly try?

I also have a asus laptop that has the same issue.

    First thing to verify is that it doesn't indicate charging on both USB-C ports, you should be able to use the charger on either and get the battery charge indication lit. Next is to verify that the other charger you tested meets spec, if it's a phone charger it might not have enough juice to run the Chromebook. If both ports fails to work and the chargers are good then the problem is most likely in the charging circuit on the motherboard and your best next step is to contact Acer support to get a warranty repair ticket started.

    Yes I've tried both port neither one shows it charging. Thank you for the help. 6 months old to the day and it

    At six months old you should still be in warranty. Go ahead and open a ticket with Acer support and they'll get it fixed.
