Acer Aspire AV15-51 brand new, bsod appears during search in google or Word or whatever.

I bought a brand new Acer Aspire AV15-51 but had already more than 10 times a bsod. I recieved the laptop yesterday and performed all the recommended updates. Bsod appears during search in google or Word or whatever, no heavy tasks. System is running at Win 11
Who can help?

    Send it back to the retailer, your Vero laptop is under full warranty and shouldn't have those BSODs.

    Please download BlueScreenView, then attach here a screenshot with these BSOD's are occurring.

    Thanks for the screenshot! Some errors are pointing to intelppm.sys driver which is CPU related.

    You can try applying these fixes to resolve the issue:

    Or, if you have the Vero Sense app installed, try set temporarily to Performance mode.

    Hi eGomes,

    Many thanks for your support but as this is a brand new laptop and the frequency of bsod is increasing, I can't even perform your proposals without bsod's, I decided to return it to the retailer as it is still under full warranty. I brand new car should run properly either ;-)
    The service of Acer is also genereric, install new latest win updates but also install newest BIOS drivers with the warning that you must be carefull. I bought already many computers and laptops but this is really the first time that is totally is not workable.

    Hi Eric,

    In this case, I believe you are correct in making the return of the product! Unfortunately Acer has been presenting unreliable products, not to mention the lack of BIOS update with improvements and patch for security vulnerabilities in yours AMD Ryzen laptops.

    Which demonstrates its discreditability and lack of accountability to its partners and consumers.
