Can't install Predator Sense after replacing parts in Predator Helios 300 G3-572-7703

My Predator Helios 300 G3-572-7703 cannot install the Predator Sense from this website https://www.acer.com/us-en/support?search=G3-572&filter=global_download after replacing some parts of the laptop. Whenever i try to run the setup it says "Sorry! This computer is not supported." despite getting it directly from the website.

Also wanted to point out that the "Predator" in the system model is gone

    What parts are you referring to, SATA or PCIe SSD, What is your boot drive?

    That logo is in the Predator Sense registry/folder so if it did not install properly you won't have it.

    Consider the ALT+F10 cold boot factory reset, and try to install Predator Sense after that.

    i replaced both the SATA and PCIe SSD, the boot drive is in the PCIe SSD. i believe my graphics card was also replaced (this replacement caused my booting screen to show the acer logo instead of the predator logo, might have something to do with this problem)
    doing a factory reset did not resolve the issue unfortunately.

    forgive me but what logo were u referring to?

    The Predator logo. Too bad I was hoping it was Windows not being installed properly but I now think it is more hardware related. Your laptop seems fairly new, perhaps you can ask Acer Services in your country to reinstall the system and load Predator Sense for you?

    i also do believe it is a hardware issue, i was hoping if there was anything i could do on the software side to bypass the “compatibility issue”.
    The laptop itself is pretty old, i got it 5 years ago and replaced the drives last month.

    It was when the drives were replaced that the predator sense application had disappeared.

    As for the acer services i’m afraid the country i am at (Brunei) does not have any official acer stores and the technician that i got my laptop from recently was unable to install it either.
