Swift SFX14-41G Low FPS in Games (bad game performance)

Hello everyone, I am the owner of this swift x.
Specs:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5800U with Radeon Graphics
Memory: 16 GB
Graphics device 1: AMD Radeon™ Graphics
Graphics device 2: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU

I have always had trouble playing video games with this computer. CSGO on the lowest settings runs at 70 fps max and Rocket League runs at 110 max. Nevertheless, I looked up Youtube benchmarks (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MP6TiJOSsM) on this model, and they are getting a much better fps range than me (200+ fps). I would like to know if something could be wrong with my computer stopping the 3050 from "doing its job."

I will provide you all a list of the things I have tried so far to fix this:
Updated Nvidia Graphics Drivers, AMD Graphics Drivers, Acer Care Center, Acer BIOS, Windows 11
Set the 3050 Ti as the default 3d renderer on the NVIDIA Control Panel (NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D settings > Global Settings > changed the auto-select to High-performance NVIDIA Processor))
Changed the Window's Graphics options to use the High Performance option on the games (Control Panel > System > Display > Graphics > High performace)
Uninstalled and reinstalled the 3050 Ti's drivers and the Radeon Graphics Drivers
The battery mode was set to performance
Fan mode was set to Turbo (fn key + f)
Turned off Windows Gaming Mode

The fps seem to be low when I open the game, and a couple of seconds later, they reach the normal range. Nevertheless, the normal fps range on my swift x is much lower than what it should be. I have run some benchmarks on the computer using the tasks manager's performance tab. The computer does get pretty hot when I play, but it's nowhere near 90 C.
Results:
CSGO:
CPU: 100%
fps max: 70
fps average: 58
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU utilization: 14% average, 21% max
Dedicated GPU memory: 0.6/4.0 GB
AMD Radeon™ Graphics utilization: 8% average, 13% max
Dedicated GPU memory: 368/512 MB

Operative System: Windows 11 Home x64

Could anyone please help me fix? I hypothesize that the computer is not using the 3050 to render the graphics or that the 3050's power is being limited by the computer causing it not to perform properly, but other than that, I have no clue what is going on.

What else is running? You can get those types of performance hits if you have something like an antivirus running in the background, monitoring all network activity…

Nothing else is running, and I am using the Windows Defender Antivirus. I do not have any apps running on start-up; I tested the games right after I booted the laptop (of course, I waited a couple of minutes to let it start properly). Can the antivirus affect my performance so severely that I lose 150+ frames?

Did you fully uninstall the antivirus that was provided with the initial build? Expired antiviruses, even when 'not running' tend to drag the system down.
