    My Acer webcam is not working in Linux Mint. It says device not found…

      What computer do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx. If you open Device Manager under Windows, it can tell you the actual camera model hardware IDs, and that can help to find the correct drivers for Linux.

      Try to use an older kernel. 5.15.0-56-generic works well in my case
