There may be an issue with your Power Plan (Acer custom Power Plan?).

    Restore the default power options:

Press the Windows key + R then type/paste: powercfg -restoredefaultschemes

Restart and check if you are on Balanced Power Plan (Windows default). If you still have that Sleep mode issue:

    Run power Troubleshooter:

    Press the Windows key + R then type/paste: msdt.exe /id PowerDiagnostic

Click OK then follow the prompt to run the power troubleshooter
    Restart.

Last resort if still no luck:

Open Control Panel> Click Hardware and Sound > Click Power Options> then click Choose what the power buttons do > Click Change settings that are currently unavailable> Check Sleep (or uncheck then check it again)

    Click Save Changes then restart.

Then you have to restore your system to a date before you observed the auto Sleep issue. Type: Create a Restore point in the search bar, Enter, click on System Restore at the top of that window. Select a date before you had the trouble.

If you never created restore points, you have to Reset this Computer without losing files. Type Reset this PC in the Search bar.
