I am assuming that you keep your power adapter plugged in during gaming, if you play big games on battery only it takes 1 hour to drain a new battery.

Check if you have the latest BIOS version, Acer released new BIOS versions fixing battery charging issues for some gaming laptops. Disable or uninstall Acer Care Center that controls battery charging and interferes with BIOS and MS ACPI battery control protocol. And change your Power Plan from Acer (custom plan) to Balanced, if you don't see Balanced Power Plan reset your Power Plan to factory defaults.

Your battery drained to 1% yesterday, how is that possible, the laptop turns off at 5% (I have that set at 10%). Battery report states 1:27 hrs. left that should be >5 hrs. after less than 1 year. So 1-2 cells may have died after May 10. The Battery Report data may not be that reliable if updates and bloatware (battery limiters) interfered with MS ACPI controller. Open Device Manager and uninstall both these battery drivers:

Reboot and create a new Battery Report, if still the same results try it for a few days to see if the battery will hold its charge better than 1:28 hrs. life left. If no improvements or getting worse replace your battery, I can help what and where to buy and how to discharge the new battery, to get a full charge cycle count and correct stats for the Battery Report.
