are all the parts she bought on the original motherboard or a new one? sounds like a bottleneck problem or incompatibility issue or both.

Are on the original motherboard. Bottleneck calculator says 2.7% bottleneck i dont think thats the issue right?

no that should be fine i guess, i really dont know, i know when i checked my specs, it was 0.01%, not sure when its considered a problem tho, was the pc factory reset after all the new parts were put in?

What they say is everything above 5% should be considered as a 'major' bottleneck i dont know but this is what they say.. Well because it was a new SSD a clean one i needed to clean install windows so i guess?

The i5-11400F and the RTZ3060 should work perfectly with your Po3-630 oem Acer mobo, install Win-11 forget about Win-10 as Win-11 is the suggested OS for this desktop, Also make sure that you have the last bios update version R01-A4 as that fixes some issues with SMART detection of the M.2 drives also that could be relevant to the 1TB M.2 drive that you are using.

When you install Win-11 do a clean install, and make sure that you do this:

    1. When you get to the Win-11 installation section of "Where do you want to install Windows?" screen, make sure that you install the unzipped driver of the "IRST (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver Version: 18.31.8.1042" driver first.
    2. Then and when the M.2 1TB boot drive appears, completely format that drive and then continue with the Win-11 installation.
    3. After, make sure that all Windows Updates are installed, then install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and do a scan so that all the latest Intel Win-11 for your desktop are installed and then install the latest NVidia graphics Win-11 driver for the RTX3060 and GeForce Experience is installed for gaming.

You need to have all the latest drivers installed for the OS to work properly, otherwise your desktop will not function properly which is what is happening in your case or some of the hardware is either faulty or not installed properly. Do the above and let us know if it fixes the freezing issues, as it should.

I had the same issues with Win-11 also clean installed Can i also upgrade to win-11 from win-10 within the update menu?

I also installed the heatsink and i played some games yesterday i had no issues so far. Will be playing to test more and hopefully it is already fixed.

To be sure which drivers do i need to install? except for the video drivers im a little noob for knowing which drivers i really need.

well, that good but strange about the heatsink, but if that fixes the problems that's awesome, maybe by adding more fans and removing the hdd caddy and cpu bracket, i created enough air flow is why i have no issues, who knows lol, i think the default-stock acer ssd has one underneath, i know there is a very thick white pad under it, and my new crucial gaming ssd came with one for free, so i threw it on the top of it, as far as the acer drivers for the pc-mb, they should be available through windows update, i know all mine were when i first got my 5000, keep us posted and im glad it working.

Wentix27, as I've told you before, you should have no problems to do a Clean Install of Win-11, if you follow my instructions above (unless your M.2 SSD drive is faulty, but it shouldn't be as its brand new and should work 100%) go to the PO3-630 Acer Drivers & Manuals site, download the "Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Driver Version: 18.31.8.1042" driver, then unzip this driver onto the same USB as the Win-11 installation USB or on a separate USB, start the Win-11 installation process, you can do this through Win-10 by doing this:

    1. In Win-10, go to Settings > Update & security > Recovery > Advanced startup > Restart now > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Use a device > Select UEFI Firmware Settings > then and before you reboot the desktop, put the Win-11 installation USB into the desktops USB port > then Click Restart, as after this the desktop will reboot into the Win-11 installation USB.
    2. Then start the Win-11 installation process.
    3. When you get to the section of "Where do you want to install Windows" and if you have any previous partitions from the previous installation of windows on the 1TB M.2 SSD drive, then at the bottom click "Delete" on all partitions shown in the screen, and then go to "Load driver" and get the IRST driver from the USB where you have put it, install the IRST driver and then "Format" the 1TB M.2 SSD boot drive, as this will recognize the M.2 drive and will allow you to proceed with the Win-11 installation.
    4. Thats all you have to do to completely format that 1TB M.2 SSD boot drive from all its previous data.
    5. Then do what I've instructed you to do, let Win-11 installation finish, then allow the Win-11 Windows Update to install all your drivers and all the necessary updates.
    6. Then install the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant so that all the intel components of your desktop are up to date to Win-11 latest drivers.

After you have done all the above, go to Device Manager and see if there are any sections of drivers that are missing, if there are then those drivers should be in the PO3-630 Acer Drivers & Manuals section, so use those to update the missing drivers.

The above is all a very simple installation process and you should have no problems doing a Clean Install of Win-11 as doing an upgrade from Win-10 to Win-11 causes allot of problems like your OS freezing from its previous Win-10 OS and all sorts of complications, that is the only reason why you can't or are having problems that you are having, as you are doing something wrong, I've done the above many many times and the process above that I've given you works perfectly and 100% with laptops, desktops and AIOs PCs, Btw, I speak from experience and not just blowing a horn to misguide you, as I'm running a very high end desktop that has water-cooled cpu, gpu, ram and ssd that I've built from scratch and non Acer components (that chugzilla above knows all about its details😁) so I know what I'm talking about, as I'm also using a 14 months old Nitro 5 - i7-11370H - RTX-3050 4GB - upgraded to 32GB ram and a faster PCIe3x4 M.2 SSD drive of the WD SN750 black, and a 2nd M.2 SSD drive, so I've done all this many times before, and these computers are all operating with Win-11 and they both work perfectly and 100% and they are all downloading all Win-11 updates and all of don't have any freezing, BSOD or any issues, as the method above works!
