Common problem with a fresh W10 ISO install, better use the Reset option in Windows (keep all your files).

Check in device manager if you have these drivers installed:
HID Event Filter, Date: 2022/04/20, Version: 2.2.1.386, Vendor: Intel
Touchpad Driver, Date: 2022/04/22, Version: 19.0.25.11, Vendor: Synaptics
or: Date: 2022/04/22, Version: 13.6.21.1 Vendor: ELANTECH
Depending on you have an Elan or Synaptics Touchpad, download the drivers here:

    https://www.acer.com/us-en/support?search=A715-51G&filter=global_download&suggest=A715-51G;0

There is BIOS version 1,06 and the latest version 1.08 (both 2023) for your laptop, what BIOS version is yours?

You really don't need 16GB RAM for W11, I am for 4 years now on 8GB (2x4GB, 2666 MHz) with my a515-54G and never get above 4.5GB in Windows11 Home 22H2 (with all the "Bells and Whistles" like Office, Acrobat Hyper-V, etc.) 😉

Tip: Your MBO clock speed is 3133MHz so if you replace the 8GB DDR4 you have in slot 1 now and get a DDR4 kit (same specs and brand that came with the laptop) with 2x16GB DDR4 modules you will have 32GB RAM running at 3133MHz in Dual Channel mode, you cannot get a faster or bigger RAM than that, but for doing what, do you have an i5 or i7 CPU?

Your A715-51G will also run very hot playing big games and I recommend Balanced Power Plan otherwise your fan will be running at maximum speed all the time and you won't be able to hear the small speakers.

You have a 1-year-old powerful Windows 11 machine that you are running on 9-year-old, soon to be phased out, Windows 10 OS, I really don't understand your logic, like running the latest top BMW car on old tiny tires. Also dump all your bloatware like Norton, Trial Office 365, Acer Care Center and these:

Go to that Acer Support link and update your BIOS first to version 1.08.

Check for updates in Windows10 you should be now on 22H2 19045.2913 and the last .Net update is: April 25, 2023 - KB5025367 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2.

The drivers on Acer Support are all W11 so you may have get older touchpad drivers from Elan or Synaptics.
