hey, im having the same problem but its diffrent, my screen is black, keyboard doesn’t work beacuse it doesn’t light up when i touch it, it does have the indicator that its on, and i cant turn it off with the power button, please anyone help me beacuse im a computer programmer and i really want it to turn on so i can use it.

Which Switch 5 model do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SW5xx-xxx-xxxx. Most of the Switch 5 models didn't have a keyboard backlight, so I'm unsure which you have…
