Hi @GuidoArnold first of all, please tell me the exact model of the equipment.

Secondly, have you created the USB by downloading the ISO and mounting it with the tool that Microsoft offers?

Once the USB is created in this way, press F12 and access the USB to begin the installation.

    Thank you.
    All the best.

    Hi Alejandro.

    Thanks for the quick answer.

    The exact Model is A515-57-50AA.

    I have bought a USB-Stick with Win10 on it.

Understood, can you access it with F12?
If F12 does not work, you will have to activate it from the BIOS.

    All the best.

    Does not work.

I had to enable F12. After pressing F12 it shows the Boot Manager.

    "Boot Option Menu

    1. Windows Boot Manager

    | and | to change option, ENTER to select an option, ESC to exit"

    There are no options.

    Can't access BIOS?
Try inserting the USB with the power off and power on and check if it can recognize it.

    All the best.

no chance. I have tried one of the other USB-ports.

I think, I have to send the machine back to where it came from.

Thanks for your effort to help me.

Question are you now running OEM Windows 11 that was factory installed by ACER?

A cold boot is required after a complete shutdown (disable Fast Startup in Power Plan). Insert the USB stick and boot with F2. If the bootable USB drive with W10 is not detected by UEFI the USB drive may not be UEFI formatted but MBR (legacy) and your BIOS version 1.21? is UEFI (won't recognize the USB MBR drive).

Try to boot with that USB stick on an older W10 PC with legacy BIOS if it is detected. Consider making your own bootable USB on your laptop and download ISO W10 or go back to shop and ask to replace it for a USB with W10 in UEFI format.
