Hello. My laptop is Acer Aspire E5-532G with processor Intel Pentium CPU N3710 1.60GHz, 8 GB RAM, 64 bit operating system. I tried updating to windows 11 and the only incompatible thing was my processor. However I want to try upgrading in an alternate way but at the same time I wonder if it's worth it. I checked the minimum requirements for the upgrade and my laptop is so close to meeting them, yet… yeah. I know I can downgrade back to Windows 10 if things don't go as planned but I want to hear other opinions first.

The unofficial Win-11 upgrade(s) that are available are fine and cosmetic, but its not an official Microsoft Win-11 and its updates are not the same, I've been running Win-11 since it was released and there are allot of updates that you won't get with an unofficial install to your E5-532G that hasn’t got the 2.0 TPM chip on its mobo and its incompatible Intel Pentium N3710 cpu. Get a newer laptop that is compatible with Win-11 as your laptop has its limit to Windows 10 that will be supported until Oct 14th, 2025. I'm the same with another Aspire laptop and I'm using it as VN platform for many of my eManuals for my daily driver and resorations of bikes that I've got and just general usage.
