    Hi,

It's correct, it's the camera, I also have it as "HD user facing".

Go to Settings, click Privacy and Security in the left pane, click Camera in the right pane and see whether it's turned on.

    Install Windows store

Open the “Start” menu, find “PowerShell”, and click “Run as Administrator.” In the “User Account Control” prompt, click “Yes.” paste this command and enter
    Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers Microsoft.WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Reboot and get the camera app. from the store.

If you upgraded from Windows11 Home to Windows11 Pro I am not sure that this can be done by downloading the ISO file, I would ask Acer Services in your country to do the upgrade for you (but you will be charged for that).

i get error 'Get-AppxPackage' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file.

What version of Windows are you using, I tried that command in PowerShell (not the command prompt) in W11 and it runs Ok.

Try this (it will reset the store cache):

    Windows key+ R and type WSReset.exe

    or

Go to Add and remove Programs (type in Search bar)

Scroll down to the Microsoft Store app and click on the 3 dots>Repair.

Since you are getting a lot of Windows system issues go online (internet) and refresh your system image with this command:

Paste in the Command Prompt opened as administrator:

    Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    Should complete successfully

Then type in the same Command Prompt: SFC /scannow (note the extra space after SFC)

This may end with found corrupted files (repaired or not). Run it again till you get No violations found.
