Did you try pressing Ctrl+S (Sierra) in Bios that will open the advanced options. Don't disable Secure Boot, Windows demands that but disable Fast Boot as that will skip BIOS, Never set a Supervisor password (delete that password ASAP) in BIOS you may not be able to edit your BIOS later. Check if the USB stick you are using is in the USB 2.0 or USB 3.01 port of your laptop, some large USB flash drives have a blue tip inside the connector, those are USB 3.01 compatible and won't be detected by BIOS in a USB 2.0 port. There are other options to start WindowsRE (Recovery system) like Power up and after the Acer Logo press Alt+F10. I don't know what you are trying to do with the USB stick.

Thanks for the answer, now I try and let you know. However I would like to reinstall Windows from a USB stick and does not see it and some options are inaccessible. I apologize for my English but I'm using a translator thanks

Did you check if you can boot another PC with your USB stick? Did you check the USB stick if it is USB 3.01 or USB 2.0, did you try it in another USB port of your laptop? What kind of USB stick did you prepare and on what PC (Windows8-10?) The system versions need to be tha same but not the Windows build. Was the stick FAT32 formatted with 10 GB capacity?

You need to boot to BIOS while the USB stick is inserted in the correct USB port (USB 3.01 or 2.0) of your laptop. Press the Power Button and then quickly press/toggle F2. In Bios move to the 2nd last page with Boot Devices listed, move your USB device to the top of that list using F5/F6 (different for some Bios), save settings on the last page and exit/reboot, now you should get the Blue Screen with the Windows RE menu.

If you made a USB stick with a Windows ISO file you may want to read this

Please consider bringing/sending your laptop to Acer Services in your country, Acer staff will be happy to reinstall your system to factory settings for a small service fee ($25)😉
