Laptop PH315-52-70RE overheated and will no longer detect the presence of a battery.

I have a PH315-52-70RE. It is no detects the presence of a battery. I have tried to replace the battery, however, this did not fix the issue. I am unsure what the issue is, is it a software issue or has something faulty within the laptop hardware itself?

    If you replaced the battery and your laptop does not boot, no power lights and nothing happens when you press the power button, then its an internal power stage issues that circuitries in your laptop like a capacitor has shorted or burned out, if you are really unlucky then its burnt out the vcore mosat that is a serious fault and its burned the cpu out, and your mobo needs replacing. You need to take your laptop to an experienced technician that has the all the microscopic tools and can diagnose your laptop, as you can't fix this fault your self or do anything.
