1 week old laptop, latest window 11, GeForce experience drivers. Acer app says up-to-date. My Bios is 1.09 and the latest bios on the Acer website is also 1.09.
lssue occurs more frequently when unplugged (6-7x in 20 minutes yesterday), but I recal it happened when plugged in as well
have 2 USB dongles plugged in: 1 for my Bluetooth headphones (Logitech APTX) and 1 for my Logitech mouse (l vaguely read that this BSOD can be due to peripherals but I havent tried unplugging them yet)
I've opened minidump with WINDBG and asked Chat GPT4 to explain to me what the log file says. I can provide link To full minidump if necessary. Here is the abridged version from chat GPT. Arguments: Arg1: 0000000000000003, A device object has been blocking an IRP for too long a time Arg2: ffffb78c17214060, Physical Device Object of the stack Arg3: fffb5099485f7d8, nt!TRIAGE_9F_POWER on Win7 and higher, otherwise the Functional Device Object of the stack Arg4: ffffb78c1a7a79f0, The blocked IRP
Something about a "FAULTINGLMODULE: fffff8024bb70000 pci" as well.
I'd appreciate some input. I'm unsure whether I should be returning the laptop if it's a hardware issue.
Thank you
