I have aspire a715-42G. It was working properly, without heating without any problem. And also I never left my laptop in sleep mode. But yesterday suddenly the black screen appeared while it was running. And I showed it to technician,he said it is graphics card problem and there is no chance of fixing it. What kind of [content removed] problem is it? It is expensive here, how can I let it go so easily? Please

Startup your latop and try pressing the F5/F6 screen keys (on your keyboard the keys that turn on/off the screen), if no results Restore you system to an earlier point in WindowsRE. To get to the System Restore options with Alt+F10 and the Power Key:

    https://community.acer.com/en/kb/articles/64-how-to-restore-windows-on-my-acer-computer-using-alt-f10-on-startup

Once you are back in Windows connect to the Internet and type/paste this in the command prompt opened as administrator:

    Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

After successful completion run this command (still opened as administrator)

SFC /scannow This may end with "Found Errors that were repaired", run again till "no violations found"

To fix the Black Screen issue, try reinstalling and updating the driver in Device Manager; expand the Display adapter>NVIDIA>Properties>Driver and click on Uninstall Device (force if needed). Reboot and Windows will reinstall the latest driver.
