Sorry. You have to ask the previous owner if they remember the paasword. Otherwise you have to click on this link, choose your country, then click on support near the top of the country page to arrange to reset the password. Might be a fee charged to do this.

Do not turn off Secure Boot if you have Windows installed, Windows11 UEFI requires Secure Boot or won't run. If you are planning to install Linux OS you can disable it. Bing/send your PC/laptop to Acer Service to reset the password.

Well, when this feature (secure boot) is turned on, you can't startup the system from USB to install Windows or other things for example!

You have that wrong; I have booted with a USB flash drive nummerous times always with Secure Boot enabled, this is copied from a Dell indtruction manual:

    Booting from your USB

Power off your Dell Computer and insert your Bootable USB. Power it up and press [F12] to access the BIOS Boot Menu. The Boot Mode should be set to UEFI and Secure Boot should be ON. Select your USB Flash Drive. This will Boot using the FAT32 BOOT Partition which will use the files on the NTFS INSTALL Partition during the Windows Setup.

Fast Boot should be disabled to access BIOS.😉

as you say i boot my usb flash drive (NTFS & FAT32) and turn off the fast startup but i can't run my bootable flash?!

When running bootable, this error message comes first: "security boot fall" and then this error comes: "defualt boot device missing or filed insert recovery media and hit any key then select "boot manager" to choose boot a new device or to boot a recovery media

If tapping F12 on startup fails to bring up the USB boot option menu, then the BIOS F12 boot optioned is disabled by default in the BIOS menu MAIN tab.. Accordingly, as mentioned earlier, you have no choice but to click on this link, choose your country, then click on support near the top of the country page to arrange to reset the password to access . Might be a fee charged to do this.

He can't clear secure boot because he doesn't know the supervisor password needed to enter the BIOS menu. He either has to ask the previous owner for the password or arrange for Acer to reset it.

Ask the previous owner or vendor or seller for the password.
