After changing and fully charging the new battery I brought from ACER, my Acer Aspire V3-515 laptop will not power up unless it is plug in

What was the reason for the battery change?
I understand that the battery is recognized in the device manager?
Have you tried uninstalling the battery items from device manager and rebooting?
Have you tried doing a power reset?

Do the power reset as suggested above and also drain the new battery down to 10% and let it charge to 100%, disable/uninstall all 3rd party "Battery Monitor" and "Battery Limiter" apps you may have installed including Acer Care. Let Windows manage your battery.

Power reset without using the pinhole: Uplug your adapter, open the laptop, disconnect the battery cable to the motherboard, press (keep pressing down, don't toggle the key) the Power Key for 2 minutes to discharge any statics and wait a minute or so. Connect back your battery and see if it will start.

Hi @Cebulski can you confirm by looking at the label under the equipment if that is the exact model? I can't find the reference.
