Return shipping costs Has anyone else had the same issue and was it ever resolved?

I have a monitor that is less than three months old and it appears as though it requires a return for diagnosis/repair. I already have a case ID (1025670US), but ACER is requiring that I pay for the return costs. This seems absolutely ludicrous that I as the consumer have to pay to return an item that is clearly not operational and more importantly, less than three months old. Has anyone else had the same issue and was it ever resolved to your satisfaction?

Sorry. Users are usually responsible for packaging, paying shipping costs, insurance costs, loss or damage during shipping,. Go to this link for the standard warranty if you didn't get one. Or this link for your specific model based on its serial number id(SNID). It's sometimes helpful to contact the vendor/seller for their suggestionst in cases like this that might be outside its return merchandise authorization (RMA) period. .
