AN515-58-79YK Nitro Sense Performance Mode Fan Control Is there a way to reduce performance ?

As soon as performance mode is activated nitro sense limits minimum fan speed and keeps fans way way faster than needed. For example even while surfing fans turn over 3000 rpm while cpu tempeture is 40 and gpu is 37 celcius. I understand it is done for safety but this is just overdone, it is same in gaming. I have AN515-58-79YK with 12700h and 3060 and i limited 12700h with PL1 45 watt PL2 60 watt so it doesn't produce much heat. With performance mode im becoming deaf because of fan speed while both cpu and gpu comfortably sit at 60-70 celcius range. Is there a way to reduce performance mode fan speed limitations? I don't want to use third party programmes rather nitro sense if possible.

The laptop overheating because of the cooling design it's mainly targeting the GPU not the CPU, So you have to do is lower the CPU performance by 20-40%
according to the temp that you maintain. basically you need the temp around 70 below.

Hence, follow the instructions below to lower the temp:-
1. Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Power Options -> Edit Plan Settings -> advanced settings
2. the select processor power management -> maximum processor state -> plugged in -> change 100 to 80-60.

Uhm, i already reduced tempetures a lot by putting 45 watt limit on CPU so im not trying to reduce tempetures. Im trying to reduce performance mode fan speeds! In other mods you can change fan speed as you like in nitrosense but in performance mode it is auto speed minimum you can only increase it. Is there a way to fully allow performance mode fan control?
