    Hi,

    You may have 4GB onboard memory and a 4GB removable RAM, you can replace 4GB removable RAM with a 16GB DDR4 2666MHz module, but avoid any memory with XMP profile.

    Hello!!

    @Masrafeeahomed

    Your Extensa has 4GB soldered to the motherboard and a slot with 4GB more. You can replace the memory in that slot with either an 8GB or 16GB DDR4 2666 SODIMM, for a maximum of 20GB memory.

    You have 4GB onboard memory and a removable 4GB memory, you can upgrade up to 20GB(4GB onboard+16GB), you can install a 8GB or a 16GB removable memory module in the slot.

    you can install a 3200MHz module but it may downclock to 2666MHz because it's the recommended  maximum speed for RAM by Acer.
