Hello there.
I experiened problems with NONFUNCTIONAL CARE CENTER. Therefore I couldnt set battery charge limit. I found the solution to my problem and I hope it helps anyone with older laptops. So I own Acer Predator PH315-53, which is the older version (2021 year), and I use Windows 11 OS. I did the following;
- Saved my data (OneDrive, external disk, etc.).
- Reset compuer to factory settings.
- I DID NOT install any new drivers. (Prob new windows does it automatically)
- Used my SNID number to find recommended apps (Acer support page) ⇒ downloaded Predator sense app
- Here comes big trick: for Care center it does not work if u download it from the list of apps which it recommends for your specific model, instead you do the following (watch pictures in order);
[Edited the thread to add model name to the title]

Select Acer Care Ceter (Date 2023/01/06; Version 4.00.3048)
Just to prove you that it works;
I hope this guide helps you.
PS. Acer you should be ashamed that anyone has to deal with this ****. You have to update you apps for all models not just one and the newest. SHAME!!!!
